Danny C. Allen specializes in insurance law at Slater Seibert, concentrating on coverage matters as well as first- and third-party litigation. He routinely represents major national insurance carriers in matters involving homeowner, trucking, premises, and general liability claims, as well as in complex coverage disputes and related appeals. 

Mr. Allen also handles a wide range of no-fault insurance cases, defending insured motorists rental car companies, and corporations in personal injury protection (PIP) claims and automobile negligence actions. His combined experience in coverage analysis and active litigation enables him to deliver strategic and efficient solutions across the insurance defense spectrum. 

Before joining Slater Seibert, Mr. Allen served as in-house counsel for a leading national insurer, gaining valuable insight into claims operations and insurer litigation strategy. He currently serves as approved panel counsel for several national insurance companies.
