Alana Burke Chrumka represents insurers and risk managers in complex commercial litigation, providing strategic defense in construction defect, products liability, and breach of contract matters. Through contract analysis and oversight of all phases of litigation, she delivers targeted, cost-effective solutions for risk managers and claims professionals.

Alana leverages deep knowledge of builders' risk insurance, property liability insurance, warranty obligations, and indemnity issues to limit client exposure in complex construction losses. She routinely represents insurer clients at mediations involving multiple defendants and multimillion-dollar projects and has secured significant recoveries in complex manufacturing and structural failure matters.

Alana earned her Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law, where she received the Dean's Merit Scholarship. She completed her undergraduate studies at Loyola University Chicago, earning a B.A., cum laude, with Honors in History. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan.
